“Genesis of a New Generation, A Place to Begin Your Life,” is our theme and motto for academic year 2011/2012 closing program. Elementary students hailing from 6 different Liberian schools in the Barnersville community will celebrate their academic achievement for the school year.

Founder /President Hattie Carlis announced today the closing program will be held at Wuki Farms, Kakata Highway, 9:00 am, June 23, 2012.  Parents will pay $10 per child to offset expenses. The day long event will include swimming, horseback riding and hiking. Students will be honored at the luncheon for Academic Excellence: Herbert McClain, Academic Achievement: Sidiki Jabateh, Fumba Bility, Joy Appleton, Edet Samukai and Academic Recognition:(completed Laubach Way to Reading book) Emmanuel Borbor, Israel T. Saywon, Joy Appleton, Bill Sembeh, Herbert McClain, Sidiki Jabateh, and Ceta Borbor.

Founded in 2009 the Young Scholars after school programs mission is to provide young people with services that support their spiritual, emotional and scholastic needs.

The program  offered by Silvanus International Ministries, Inc. Key program components are: Introduction to Information Technology Concepts, Computer literacy, Internet research for homework assignments, Tutoring, Reading and Math Enhancement, Arts & Crafts sessions.
